A $250 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your date. This will be applied to your total balance.
Amenities included

Access to ~25,000 square feet of hands-on exhibits across two floors, with a total 1,000-person attendance capacity at a given time

If requested during booking, access to staffed Spark! store

If requested during booking, access to staffed First Impression Room. This separate area is specifically designed for guests ages birth - four years old.

Impression 5 has 8-foot tables and chairs available

Workshops - $50 for half an hour
Timing

3 hours, including your setup and cleanup time.

Time can be added at the rate of $200 per additional hour.

Rentals must begin after close (4:00pm T-F; 5:00pm S-S) and must end before 11:59pm. Hours outside these time frames may be available with prior approval.

1st floor: Delta Dental Gathering Place/Lunch Area

6 lunch tables to seat a total of 85-90 people

4 smaller circular tables to seat 4-6 people each

Bar/counter area with 6 tall chairs

Removable foam divider wall between snack/counter area and larger group area

You may bring your own or use Impression 5’s 8-foot tables to increase capacity. The total capacity of this space is ~110 people seated at lunch tables, additional tables, and standing. If you are planning to add tables or chairs to this space, please provide a setup plan for approval by Impression 5 event leadership.

1st floor: Dart Hall/Traveling Exhibit Space

Most likely housing an exciting traveling exhibit, this space is occasionally empty and can be used for larger gatherings. Please contact us regarding the availability of this space if you are looking to seat over 80 people at a time.

2nd floor: Launch Pad/Snack Area

A central location near our second-floor bathrooms

Regularly set up with 2 round tables, each with 4 chairs, but tables and chairs may be added or moved with prior approval from Impression 5 staff.

Organizations often have their caters set up in this area if they are doing small plates, appetizers, or only drinks.

FAQ
-
Catering – Impression 5 does not partner with any caterers. You are welcome to use any licensed caterer for your event.

AV equipment – Any audiovisual setup or equipment is the responsibility of the renter.

Alcohol – Impression 5 does not have a liquor license. If you will have alcohol at your event, you or the provider must have a license. Alcohol may not be brought into Impression 5 until after 4:00 or until all guests of the day have exited the facility, whichever is later.
