Impression 5 Science Center Donor Privacy Statement

The generosity of our donors has made the mission and work of Impression 5 Science Center possible. We are incredibly grateful for the investments of so many in our independent, federally recognized, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

 

We value the trust placed in the science center and we respect the privacy of our donors. The Donor Privacy Policy below outlines how we honor this relationship.

 

Donor Information

External payment processors allow donors to give electronically using a payment services account, a credit card, or other payment method. The museum works with service providers who follow privacy best practices.

 

Data may be used for these kinds of purposes:

• Distributing receipts and thanking donors for donations

• Informing donors about the impact of their gift, upcoming fundraising, and other activities of the museum

• Internal analysis, such as research and surveys

• Record keeping

• Reporting to applicable government agencies as required by law

• Other purposes related to the fundraising operations

 

List Sharing

The information you provide will not be sold, shared, or used for purposes other than those listed above.

The Donor Bill of Rights was created by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and the Giving Institute: Leading Consultants to Non-Profits.
