BOY SCOUT PROGRAMS, 2012
Programs run from from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Tiger, Wolf, and Bear packs are welcome to all Cub Scout dates.
- January 7: Webelos Scientist Activity Badge
- January 28: Cub Scouts Science Belt Loop and Pin
- February 4: Webelos Geologist Activity Badge
- February 25: Cub Scouts Geology Belt Loop and Pin
- March 3: Webelos Engineer Activity Badge
- March 24: Cub Scouts Astronomy Belt Loop and Pin
Program fee is $16 per scout and chaperones are free. Program fee includes a journal, a snack, and admission to Impression 5. Badges, belt loops, and pins should be purchased separately from your council.
GIRL SCOUT PROGRAMS, 2012
As a part of the Girl Scout Journeys, Impression 5 is offering the new Skill-Building Badges!
Programs run from from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- January 14: Detective Skill-Building Badge for Juniors
- February 11: Home Scientist Skill-Buidling Badge for Brownies
- April 14: Product Designer Skill-Building Badge for Juniors
- April 21: Digital Movie Maker Skill-Building Badge for Cadettes*
- April 28: Inventor Skill-Building Badge for Brownies
Program fee is $16 per scout and chaperones are free. Program fee includes a journal, a snack, the badge, and admission to Impression 5.

*Cadettes participating in the Digital Movie Maker program will script, act in, film, and edit a short movie clip of 30-60 seconds. This program fits very well into the MEdia Journey for the Media Remake project.

May 5: WOW! Wonders of Water for Brownies
Program runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
In the morning, Brownies will participate in the Adopt-a-River cleanup to complete their SAVE Water project. After lunch, Brownies will participate in hands-on science workshops with Impression 5 and MSU’s Center for Water Sciences to learn more about water issues.
Program fee is $20 per scout and chaperones are free. Lunch, SAVE Water award, a journal, and workshop materials are included. Space is limited.

Your Overnight Adventure at Impression 5 begins at 6:30 p.m. and ends at 9 a.m. the next morning — just bring a sleeping bag! Participate in hands-on science workshops to earn a badge and enjoy an evening snack and light breakfast. A journal is provided. Girl scout badges are included, but boy scouts should purchase badges, belt loops or pins from your council.
Overnight Adventures are $30 per scout and chaperones are free. A minimum of 36 scouts is required. Please call for aditional details.
